Needed a new Dremel for my stained glass business and went to this B&Q as nearest to my weekend destination. All the needs of construction workers and farmers under one roof, in addition to furniture, kitchens and gardens. They are characterized by abundance, high quality, and multiple options. It is very rare to get out of it and not find your need. Always enjoy wandering inside this wonderful store. I hope the photos I added help you take a picture of the store.

Needed wood cutting to size. Jannai was exceptional. Not a straightforward request but he did it perfectly. Pleasant and helpful!

Dont  bother, go to screwfix 2 mins away, imo better quality, and they don’t have staff that go out of their way to upset you.  Customer service here is terrible, was left for 10 mins stood next to tills waiting for a manager to override a till, plus accused of shoplifting in the car park as staff took their stress out on me.

Thank you so much for allowing dogs into your store, even though she had to stay in trolley I took a blanket and she sat in the trolley no bother. Evefyone commented saying eeee dumdum know dogs were allowed i explained unless theyre an assist dog they must be carried or stay in trolley. Wish all shops would adopt this dog friendly attitude. I rang before going to ask....shy bairns get nowt...Well done B and Q x
