Staff are always lovely and helpful, friendly atmosphere and bargains to be had, felt it necessary to amend this for the following reasons, went there tonight with every intention of buying one of those covered seat swings, went in and couldn't get to anything because of rows upon rows of trolleys filled with stock, tried to ask one of the young lasses there for help but she was on her phone talking to someone about a night out and actually said to me I'm on my phone, I'm so angry and disappointed about this, needless to say didn't spend my money there and won't again, shocking and a shame as there's some lovely staff there but the bad ones have let them down.nnUpdate,nnPosted a positive review months ago on another email address, suddenly the manager has replied to that one saying it's always good to hear customers having a positive experience. How childish, your stores gone downhill mate just accept the criticism, it's not like I'm making it up look at your reviews on here I'm not the only one who has experienced this. I think it's really petty of you to reply to an old review and not acknowledge YOUR shortcomings, saddo.

Staff friendly lots of stuff to buy that you didn't know you needednnUnfortunately my opinion has changed

Always queues at the checkouts, slowest checkout staff ever, til prices seem to regularly differ from shelf prices leading to staff having to be called to the tills and sent to check details on the shelf slowing things down even more.nnJoined a queue today, 2 people in front of me - first customer had an item that the shelf showed on sale but the till didn't - cue staff member being summoned and then sent away to double check. 2nd customer paid by cash - cashier had to take the notes to another till to check if they were genuine - 2 tills at a standstill while this went on. Cashier 'Nobody minds the wait as long as they get served eventually' - actually I do mind as I had better things to do

The store is usually fine, but I recently went in, and every single aisle was filled with carts of boxes full of stock to be put on the shelves. This was a massive issue because you couldn't see what was on the shelves behind the carts, which made shopping there in person somewhat pointless. It was also a very tight squeeze if there was more than one group of people in the same aisle. They really need to keep everything in the stock room, or put it on the shelves properly, in a timely manner.

I think the store needs to change the entrance layout or have security staff on the door ,today saturday 14th feb, 3.30 ,there was a group of 4 teenage lads all with stolen goods waiting for someone to enter so they could leave with their unpaid goods, one of their mates even stole a bottle of maple syrup or honey ?? Why make yourself a thief for that ?nClearly it must have been a dare ,they all had to steal something. The store does have cameras ,so watch out lads !!
