Love B&M but on a few occasions now I have experienced discourteous staff. Not the people on the floor but a few of the till staff like to stand and talk for a while to what appears to be friends and can hold the que up. Then, they'll not acknowledge you, scan your stuff then say neither please or thank you. And without sounding ageist, it's always the older ladies

The heat in this store is stifling. We couldn't stay long. No air conditioning.

Massive store with so much to look over. Much like IKEA.... You go in for a few spoons and leave with a TV lol

Worst experience of my life. The staff at the store in slatyford on stamfordham road has the most rude staff. I took a faulty helicopter back for a refund. I was accused of stealing it then the security guy started shouting to all the staff in the shop that i was trying to commit till fraud. I totally went blank at this point. I was escorted to the back of the shop treated like dirt until the police came. Boy was i glad to see the police. Anyway there was no further action taken after police got involved. I received refund on helicopter but im actually scared to even think about returning failty goods to stores now. Will stick with poundstretcher and wilko and tj hughes.. my advice to anyone ever unlucky enough to be treated how i was in a b&m store is to call police asap. Good luck shopping there yes the stuff there is cheap but seriously the quality is poor im sure its rejected stuff they sell off.
