I walked into Buckley Frayne's offices 7 years ago, heavily pregnant & felt immediately that they would look after the flat & us. I can't properly explain the relief I felt when they took on the flat & I've felt very safe with them since. Paul & Jessica managed our rental throughout this time & then went on to manage the sale (it sold within 2 days of being on the market!) Paul in particular has willingly gone over & above with my many questions & I have always felt confident in his experience & understanding of the market. I have always trusted his advice. I think it's rare to find such a personable yet professional company. I can't rate them highly enough.

I have dealt with Buckley Frayne for several years now having had my investment managed by another well known local firm beforehand. 

Since Buckley Frayne took over management I can count my void days on one hand.Clients they source maintain the property and once the agency are in receipt of funds it's transferred to me on the same day...often by the company director very late at night.

I find Jessica and Fintan efficient, honest, clear, transparent and professional.The one issue I had with a bad tenant years ago was very well managed by the ditector Mark who was hands on and contactable at all times.

I have been both a landlord and London agent myself for over 20 years and would consider my expectations to be higher than most.To date my expectations have always been met and I'm a satisfied client.

Keep up the good work and other agents take note!

Poor communication throughout tenancy - staff turnover high so always dealing with someone new 

Unnecessary charges/fees unlike most agents in Manchester 

Wouldn’t recommend for anyone looking for a rental property

Been meaning for an awful long time to write this review and believ it to be truely deserved. Everything about this firm, its directors down to the staff is truely fantastic. The amount of times that they went out of there way (even when they had no legal obligation to) to help when unforseen circumstances arose was truely astounding given the calibre of estate agents that are out there at the moment.
Would have no hesitations is recommending these agents to ANYBODY.

After viewing a lovely property that I thought my daughter would be very safe and comfortable in, myself and my husband agreed to go ahead and deal with your company. 
First can I say that the company representative was over half an hour late and very rushed to get to the next appointment. I myself, am extremely tolerant of young people as I work with them as a lecturer. This young person was very well spoken and well presented, however showed no people skills and no patience. We were to check contents etc and sign on the dotted line there and then to agree a tenacy and also go and get money from a cash machine whilst she impatiently waited at the property(phone calls) for things that were not explained. Without going too far in to every escapade we have experienced, there have been far too many last minute surprises for us, which has left us out of pocket. If you wish to discuss, I am more than willing to explain. I lecture in customer service along with other subjects and have never complained to anyone ever as I always give the benefit of doubt, but, unfortunately this person needs a reality check. This has ruined my familiys christmas
