This was truly a great buy for me. At first, I had my doubts about two things: buying a used car and getting car finance through a dealer. I spent countless hours online, both day and night, searching for my dream car. The challenge wasn’t that the cars weren’t available, it was either the mileage was too high or the price was above my budget. Still, I didn’t give up. I kept searching until I finally stumbled on the exact car I wanted through JCT600 in Leeds. I immediately put a message through, read everything about the car, and told myself, “This is my car.” The process was quick. I was contacted by Matthew Crane, who wasted no time in supporting me. I told him I wanted to place a deposit right away, and from then on, he kept me updated at every step. He even went the extra mile by recording a detailed video of the car before I got to see it in person.nWhen I finally went to Leeds with my husband, I fell in love with the car the very first time I saw it. It was so neat and well-maintained, it honestly looked like a brand-new car. Everyone who saw it agreed that I had made the best decision.
Excellent dealership experience, from first point of contact to collection the level of service we received was outstanding. Our sales advisor, Matty went above and beyond and kept us fully informed throughout the buying process. Despite being an older car at a relatively modest price nothing was too much trouble. Car was prepared to an excellent standard with any pre existing issues picked up during the pre delivery inspection and rectified. Having spent a couple of weeks looking at cars at various garages around Leeds things seemed quite bleak but faith was restored at JCT600 Leeds! I’d happily recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy in the Leeds area.
