This was truly a great buy for me. At first, I had my doubts about two things: buying a used car and getting car finance through a dealer. I spent countless hours online, both day and night, searching for my dream car. The challenge wasn’t that the cars weren’t available, it was either the mileage was too high or the price was above my budget. Still, I didn’t give up. I kept searching until I finally stumbled on the exact car I wanted through JCT600 in Leeds. I immediately put a message through, read everything about the car, and told myself, “This is my car.” The process was quick. I was contacted by Matthew Crane, who wasted no time in supporting me. I told him I wanted to place a deposit right away, and from then on, he kept me updated at every step. He even went the extra mile by recording a detailed video of the car before I got to see it in person.nWhen I finally went to Leeds with my husband, I fell in love with the car the very first time I saw it. It was so neat and well-maintained, it honestly looked like a brand-new car. Everyone who saw it agreed that I had made the best decision.
I recently bought a Tesla Model 3 Performance through David Blackburn at JCT600 Approved Leeds, and the whole experience was excellent. David sorted everything out for me and was easy to contact throughout.nnThere was some bodywork damage on the vehicle before purchase as they had only just bought it themselves, David went above and beyond to make sure it was repaired to a very high standard, none of the damage is noticeable at all now.nnI waited a long time for this specification to appear and as soon as I test drove the car, I knew I wanted it. It drives beautifully, with instant power and smooth handling that makes it a joy to drive. No knocks or bang, mechanically perfect. The car was fairly priced, at no point did I feel pressured to buy. David also gave me a clear time and date for collection, which made everything simple and stress-free.nnI would recommend David and JCT600 Approved Leeds for great service and professionalism.
We travelled from Newcastle to buy a specific car from this garage and we had really great, friendly customer service from David. The whole process was made so easy and straightforward and our experience was excellent! David kept me informed throughout the process and I never felt under any pressure. The car itself was perfect and worth the journey down to Leeds to buy it. I would definitely recommend this garage.
Absolutely Outstanding Service Deserves 10 Stars! nnFrom start to finish, our experience with JCT600 Leeds has been nothing short of incredible. We travelled all the way from Clacton to Leeds by train, and even before we arrived, the team made everything smooth and stress-free. Connor, Matthew, and Gary kept us fully updated, sending videos of the car and answering every question we had.nnGary Mouatt, in particular, went above and beyond. He explained clearly how to get to the dealership from the train station, helped us find a nearby Premier Inn, and even offered to pick us up himself. His level of kindness and helpfulness is something I’ve never experienced before.nnWhen we arrived, both Gary and Matthew gave us a really warm welcome. The test drive went perfectly, and we felt confident enough to drive the car 5 hours home the same day. A week later, we noticed a couple of minor issues, and again Gary was amazing everything was sorted quickly, professionally, and without any hassle. The 6-month warranty gives real peace of mind, and I know that if anything comes up, Gary will be there to help. He has answered every call and email without fail.nnI honestly can’t thank JCT600 Leeds enough. I would recommend this garage to anyone, anywhere it’s genuinely worth the train journey and long drive home. When we’re ready for our next car in the future, this is 100% where we’ll be returning.nnGary and the whole team deserve 10 stars, not 5. Truly AMAZING.
