Really happy with the experience we’ve had buying a car here. We live within walking distance and just wandered over to get an idea of what was on the market. We were helped straight away by Reece, who talked us through what our price range would get us, what they had available, and what they had within their company. We gave him some models and makes we liked and left them with him. He got back to us with options through email really quickly, and was really patient as we changed our minds and sent more requests back. After landing on what we wanted he worked quickly and secured the car we really liked and arranged prompt delivery. Reece was polite and patient, can highly recommend his service here.
I very rarely post reviews. We have recently part exchanged and purchased a car from Evans Halshaw in Horsforth. We dealt with Max who has made the whole experience both simple, hassle free and very quick to complete. Before the test drive he showed us the car and pointed out some relevant things we needed to know, which was a nice touch. When it came to buying the car Max explained all our options very clearly, no hard sell and answered any questions we had very clearly. He is really polite and when I buy another car in the future I will be sure to call him first. If only all car sales people were like Max! With his customer service Max goes above and beyond and he's a great ambassador for Evans Halshaw Horsforth. Would highly recommend buying a car from here.
I recently purchased a car from Evans Halshaw Horsforth following a bad experience with a different garage and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough! They made the whole experience so easy, I rang up and booked a test drive on a Saturday and had the car delivered by the Monday - and the car is perfect. I personally dealt with Max who was so helpful and friendly, he really couldn’t have done any more! The service was truly exceptional and I would give a higher rating if I could. Would absolutely buy from here again!
I recently part exchanged a car here a week ago and Reece was really helpful. The car needed some things sorting out before purchasing so I gave Reece a list and he sorted each one out without fuss. The guy made me feel at ease and is really easy to get on with! Would recommend
We recently purchased 2 cars from Evans Halshaw. We went for a ‘quick look’ as we were unsure where to start with what we wanted. Reece was great at asking us the right questions to narrow down what we wanted and was happy to go through our different options. He was also very patient when we kept changing our minds when trying to find the right car. We were so happy with his service that we made sure we bought the 2nd car through him also. Reece was very friendly, quick to respond to any queries and thorough when he was helping us look at options. Would definitely recommend.
I would highly recommend visiting this garage to purchase a vehicle. I dealt with a very pleasant salesman Reece. I got the deal I wanted, a fantastic service & his manager was also really nice. I’ve got to give a huge thanks to Reece for making my purchase as seamless as possible, today I picked up my new car and I’m very happy with it. Phoned today with a car issue, they are booked up till end of March, but told to pop over and they would have a quick look. 2 & half hours later, they sent me home, told me once the parts were in they would call. The staff were brilliant, kept me updated and topped up with coffee. Everyone was so friendly. Great place.

After enquiries to buy a car, I asked questions and was promised photos to be emailed/sent and a return phone call within 5 minutes. This was 20 hours ago, I’ve heard nothing even after sending emails and a phone call with a promise to ring me back. I’m pleased this has happened before I parted with my money. It’s hard to find a good car trader, this obviously isn’t a good one
