I would like to say a big thank you to Jan Forster. They have been amazing to work with. Firstly in the case of Man management of my property when I was letting it out. They found too excellent tenants who were no bother. That was down to their good and thorough due diligence they found me excellent people. Then they helped and looked after my property in my absence Then finally I cannot fault them in the sale of my house it went through with very little trouble and I was informed all the way what was happening they were even good enough to chase the solicitors. I would highly recommend this firm for letting and man management and for selling your home.

Not the best estate agents. Got there to collect keys and sign tenancy agreement and they had no record of our appointment. Had to get our documents printed and have someone from another branch bring our keys across. Member of staff who served us did not have great customer service and not once re-assured us everything would be fine and we would get in ok on the day. When we did get to our property and an alarm went off which we were not told about so had to ring them for the code. Overall not good service and bad professionalism, wouldn't recommend.

We sold our house with Jan Forster recently and were really impressed with the service. Marilyn, in their sales progression was amazing, we felt the cost was justified by her efforts alone. She did more for us than our solicitor and would inform us of what she was doing even when there wasn’t an update to be had. She knew exactly what was happening at different points in the chain.

Brilliant estate agents. Hassle free sale, arranged viewings very quickly and secured a buyer with no problems. Great communication, would 100% recommend
