Had excellent service with Pattinsons, Chillingham Road branch. Just bought my house and the staff they were fantastic - Hayley, Vicki in the office & James who repeatedly showed me around my new house. Thank you guys. Will definitely recommend you.
Useless. When we were selling our house, the numpty who took photos for the advert was completely useless. He used a ridiculous, oversized camera one you’d probably use for shooting wildlife outdoors, not a small indoor house and the photos were atrocious. One that included a shot of down a toilet bowl. We ended up taking and using our own photos we took on our phone. I hope the money we paid Patterson’s was used to send the man on a photography course where he can learn basics like aperture, exposure, don’t take photos down a toilet bowl and maybe get rid of his ridiculous camera. Bigger does not mean better you fool!
Just completed on a purchase of a property marketed though Pattinsons and i cannot thank the entire team enough pretty sure i have spoken to everyone at some point they have simply been amazing. Thank you
Pattinson's dealt with the sale of my wife's late brothers flat , Vicki, Hayley ,James were all great at a stressful and upsetting time for the family , they were very helpful, showed compasion when we needed it ,always answered emails and returned phone calls immediately , thanks to all the team at the Heaton branch.
I had a mixed bag with Pattinson's, the staff are friendly and customer service is good, it's always easy to get hold of a member of staff. My 3 star rating is because everytime my sale fell through they tried a hard sell of their auction service. I'd told them on several occasions that I wasn't interested but they pressured me to sell via auction every step of the way, which I didn't accept. So all in all it was a bit of a mixed bag selling my property through Pattinson's.
