Poor service. The viewing time of property is limited to 15min only and the agent always urged you to view quickly. Once the offer is accepted, the agency was not responsive and did not give accurate information about the seller, owner of the property, etc., which largely delayed the exchange and communication process. Meanwhile, the selling negotiator was working part time and there was no other agent to respond to emails, deal with calls during the the rest three working days. It took me five months to wait and do the survey and finally the exchange was not proceeded. It's always the buyer who chased up the agent. Avoid using this agency. It will waste your time and money!!!
Very experienced agent. I have used them several times for lettings . So far they have been thorough in their checks.
Fantastic service, always on the ball if there are any repairs etc, will use again
