David Machin was employed by my seller but it actually felt like he worked for me. He kept me informed of every stage of buying my new home. He was friendly approachable and professional. David answered all of my questions and promptly followed things up for me and got back to me . He worked closely with my Estate Agent who was also very good and always ensured that I fully understood what was happening in our "chain" I would highly recommend Rook Matthew Sayers for honest unbiased advice and very professional service. I would highly recommend the forest hall team, vicki came out and gave a very realistic valuation and good knowledge of the area and the after sales team handled my sale very quickly and efficiently. I will definately recommend them.

David Machin was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He was available from start to end of our purchase and sorted many problems along the way. It has been a pleasure doing business with Rook Matthew Sayer and I am certainly going to recommend them.

All of the staff at the RMS Forest Hall branch are very friendly and helpful. David Machin has been our main contact and throughout all dealings with him he has responded promptly and with great enthusiasm. We bought a house through David and he ensured that the transaction ran like clockwork keeping us appraised of progress in a timely manner. We then rented the property through David several times and he found us tenants very quickly. I would highly recommend David and the whole team at RMS Forest Hall for providing a first class professional service.

Everything went very smoothly with RMS from the initial valuation through to the completed selling and in the middle of winter when traditionally houses are more difficult to sell. We had many enquiries and potential buyers to choose from.
