Absolute rip off, scum bag letting agent. They were the worst letting agent I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Mouldy house that they did nothing about, boiler broke at least 4 times during our tenancy which left us with no heating for 5 days at one point. They are on the landlord's side, and have no interest in the tenants welfare. And at the end of our tenancy they took all of our deposit for cleaning the flat, when we left it in a better condition than it was when we moved in. Avoid, completely, unless you want to live in mouldy disgusting house and then have 90% of your deposit taken off you.

Had many things wrong with this place. Had no heating through the winter for about 1 week and they just said we'd have to wait till after new year. Other little jobs i would ring up on and having to keep calling as they would just forget about it. Wouldnt deal with ever again

A brilliantly efficient team with a hands on approach to management. It has been nothing but a pleasure to deal with the team at Daniel Craig as a landlord. All of the problems I have encountered with my property from tenant moving in to the day to day issues, have been dealt with quickly and made my life a lot easier.

Shocking group of "professionals". Literally the only estate agent I refused to use after several dealings with them. If you use these people... good luck

The team at Daniel Craig Residential have been managing my portfolio now for some years and will do so for the foreseeable future as I find them reliable, trustworthy and good value for money log may it continue
