I have recently worked with the Lettings Team of Rook Matthews Sayer in Heaton on behalf of large investor client and can say that all the staff were very efficient and found the ideal tenant for our client within a couple of weeks. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone looking at Letting a property or putting your property on the market.

So welcoming and easy to deal with - nothing was too much trouble, even with my son being abroad while we sorted out the tenancy on a new flat. However after sales has not been quite as smooth sadly.

Excellent service and very helpful with any questions we asked. Would defiantly recommend this to anyone wishing to rent within the NE6 area.
