Fantastic service throughout the process. Whilst the car was delayed they kept me up-to-date with the best information they had. Fundamentally though, they listened to what my actual car needs were so we ended up with a different vehicle to what we set out Discovery Sport P300e and ended up with the Discovery D300 HSE. So glad we listened as the vehicle is exactly what we required. The vehicle handover was also exceptional. Thank you Graham and team.

I have had dealings with Inchcape in respect of several different cars and have generally found them helpful. My recent experience has exceeded previous occasions: Kim Marshall dealt very promptly and effectively with matters initially and handed over seamlessly to Jett Bennett who responded to every e mail within minutes, moved everything along most efficiently, organised an excellent courtesy car when I needed it, and was a pleasure to do business with throughout. I am a very happy customer.
Great service from Gavin and Brett on the purchase of a used Range Rover Evoque. We had the car tailored with a few options such as black alloys etc and they provided excellent communication, attention to detail, guidance and a personal touch throughout.
So far service has been terrible. Avoid using them if possible. i booked my discovery sport in December for a part to be fitted in January. I took it in and the car was left there for 3 days, only to find out nothing had been done. I was without my work car for 3 days relying juggling things around. Ben the manager told me they would get back to me to get it booked in. We are now a week in, and i have left over 8 telephone messages, 3 emails and no response! Absolutely appalling!
Purchase done remotely - team incredibly courteous and swift - from 1st chat to car, just 3 working days ! Stirling is a star - he got me to cancel another purchase through his efforts and staying close; Also the buying is made easier by excellent digital process and line of comms at Inchcape between finance and selling is super smooth -
Just had my Land Rover cam belt etcserviced and mot but on the VHC check I’m told that it urgently requires both lower control arms, a prop shaft centre bearing, one tyre which is 91% worn and a number plate bulb at a cost of over £3000 pounds on top of the £1240 service. I questioned this as I had done very little mileage since last year, and had just returned from Paris without any issues, so after the service the vehicle has its MOT which it passed with only 1 advisory the number plate bulb. It seems to me that monthly targets needed to be met and creative repairs were required. I almost sanctioned the work as it was apparently urgent, I have always had it serviced by a main dealership but after this experience it will be the last. I’m still waiting for a manager to phone me for a explanation on the VHC verses the MOT

With the expert knowledge of your cars and customers alike you have the ability to know exactly what we were looking for. Excellent customer service from all the Team there, nothing is too much trouble. Communications were all quick and efficient ensuring a smooth transaction. Annabel has been outstanding with friendly and knowledgeable advice at all times. From initial enquiry to the wonderful collection experience; she was superb and we had excellent customer service from all involved which made the purchase an easy and enjoyable experience. Absolutely love the car, thank you! We can highly recommend Inchcape Land Rover Guildford.
Having had my range rover for 1 year and 2 weeks, the letters started dropping off the back of the car. They will cover 50% of the cost. Servicing centre is a shambles, car is obviously badly made, head office is a mess and the manager, Brett, is a waste of time :
Do not take your car here for repairs if you value your safety. I sent my Range Rover Sport to this branch under extended warranty. They claimed there was no engine failure despite their own AA staff confirming the vehicle was unable to start on my drive and it was recovered on a truck. I advised it was super dangerous that the engine several times would cut off while starting without any warnings. Especially as I have young children. They promised to extend the hire car on the phone but never did and we ended with a bill of over £400 for what should have been covered by warranty. Warranty and the branch kept relying on each others lies to cop out of covering the replacement car. The branch forced us the accept the car back despite never repairing the fault and us complaining to warranty AND sending a video of the fault recurring AGAIN several times after they sent the car back. Come Friday 21st the Car Engine cut off while driving on the M40 motorway and only by a stroke of luck was there little traffic, so I was able to manoeuvre the vehicle across 3 lanes to the hard shoulder where it rolled to a stop and could not be started again. This branch have deliberately played Russian roulette with our lives and speaking to someone whom have personal knowledge of the branch this is not the first time they have been negligently lying to customers about repairs and false promises about covering replacement cars. To add insult to injury Land Rover recovery left me and my daughter stranded on the M40 for 4 hours before towing us to Beaconsfield services where we were left for a further 2 hours before a taxi was booked. Needless to say I am beyond angry and wish to warn anyone about what must be new management because this used to be a respectable branch!
