WBAC is located within Ladymead Shopping Area with easy access and parking. We had an appointment and were reminded of it the day before which was very reassuring. Service here was superb with an immediate welcome and straight down to business. Obviously every case is different but from our experiences elsewhere, we could tell that the price offered was fair and reasonable compared with the valuation given on the website. Although the money agreed would not be in our account for a few days, a link was given so that payment progress could be monitored. If you have a car to sell and want a hassle-free sale, I strongly recommend WBAC, Guildford.

Quick, easy process. The young man was very courteous, clear and a pleasure to deal with.
Staff were good but the price a lot less than expected. Initially quoted £16k on website. Car had 3 tiny dings and MOT soon to expire for that reason they reduced offer to c.£14.5k. Eventually when I went to abandon it they raised offer to just under £15k which was still low but hassle free. Could probably have had more from Motorway and also BMW offered £500 more as a part exchange but in the end I was there so I went with WeBuyAnyCar for convenience. Not sure I would use again but they serve a purpose for a hassle and risk free easy transaction.

Absolutely terrible, have heard bad feedback from various customers I have worked alongside. But decided to give them a chance only my experience was that after being offered £5200 in December before arrival, to being offered £3700 on arrival in January found to be an absolute cheek. The assistant couldn't even read the mileage correctly from the speedometer. After my refusal tried increasing the offer. but to be honest the damage and confidence was done. I will not recommend to anyone in the future. I understand that they need to turn a profit but on other appraisals I realize that the first offer would have been fair and any lower was an insult. This company is to be avoided in my opinion.
The buying agent at Guildford Ladymead was friendly and apologetic for keeping me waiting. All information was clear or explained if unsure. A quick and efficient way of selling a car. Thank you.
Good fast service Price was 600.00 less from online to actually getting the car money,due to tiny scratches and admin fee. Also for same day payout there is another fee or you wait 4 days for money Advertising is not correct or slightly false advertising In many fields But guy was pleasant and sorted within the hour
Very friendly guy who I delt with and he was fair and genuine. I definitely would go back in future. Wanted a little bit more for my vehicle but did go away happy
