Recent service request. waited months to get hire car for day. 5.30pm the night before call to say no hire car. but will collect and bring back. requested 100% that car will be returned same day. YES, YES. was the answer. NO, NO cant deliver back, to busy! , what a joke. find another dealer for servicing
We were looked after by Ashley Gowmaran who was excellent. The service was great throughout; Ashley was polite, punctual and really knowledgeable about the car and the finance options, in helping us to buy our new F-Pace. Would highly recommend.
I would like to publicly commend Gavin Moody for making my on-line purchase of a Jaguar XF such a pleasurable experience. Being deaf Gavin dealt with all my enquiries by email and text making the process of buying a car as easy as doing it in person. Gavin even met me at the station when I came to test drive the car!
This dealership sold me an approved used Jaguar F-Type on the verge of needing a new clutch, which went about 4 months after buying the car. This was confirmed by Beadles Jaguar in North West London and an Independent Jaguar specialist. However, Inchcape have refused to acknowledge the problem exists and have refused to properly investigate or fix the problem under warranty, depsite the fact I have now had the car for about six months and done about 3,000 miles in it. Beadles have now raised a case with Jaguar and helped secure a significant contribution to get this problem remedied, which all parties are happy with. Really dissapointing experience from Inchcape.
Kim did a great job answering my questions & getting the F Type in top, delivery condition. Highly recommended.
I purchased a brand new F-Pace P400e through Inchcape JLR Guildford and had a very positive experience. Due to industry wide pressures, I had a longer engagement time with the sales department as the vehicle took 6mths, but they remained attentive throughout. The ordering process was seemless, all documents were signed remotely, making pick up on the day simple. Contact was also a plus point, replying to my emails always within the hour, but often within 10/15mins. As for handover, a really positive experience, Graham Champion and Gavin Moody really made me feel welcome. This is important to me as I have been in dealers another Jaguar dealer and felt like an inconvenience. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend Inchcape Guildford to anybody in the market for a new vehicle!! Thanks guys!!
In process of buying f pace but my fault it has stalled but the salesman Steve B is exceptional to the point where I may buy just on the strength of his personality & patience. The dealership are lucky to have him... I think he is a great reflection of the brand.
Graham was super helpful during the purchase process and post sales really helpful for any questions and even organised some warranty work when required , highly recommended
Annabel was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I am happy with the experience, and the car is great. There is a small delay dealing with the extended warranty and I still don't have clarity on this, but all other aspects good.
