I recently moved from NYC to London. I loved the NYC nightlife and its uniqueness, the parties in the city that never sleeps raised my standards when it comes to partying right. Personally, I like private parties at all times of day and night, where the Djs are playing back to back, beautiful people on the dance floor and bottles as far as the eye can see. Most of all, the location is the most important factor as it represents what the party stands for. I've been going to a few of the parties at Il Bottaccio, these nights were cherished with fun memories and blissful productions on the company's side. The building looked beautiful inside-out and the sound was on point. I always left the parties amazed by the overall aura of the guests and the venue. I recommend Il Bottaccio for any amounts of reason, however the key factor is that the venue supplies a luxury location that knows how to cater to its guests. I had fun there and will be coming back.
Held our school prom there. Very very very expensive to hire We had to charge 200 people £35 a ticket each! and many problems with the place. Yes the hall is pretty, but we were told to come in at 9am because WE needed to set up not them apparently... yet when they told us to come at 12 because of cleaning, they'd only just started! We all had appointments for hair and needed to go home to come back so we ended up leaving drawings with them of where we wanted furniture whilst they lazily mopped around us. The floor and furniture was dirty, the bar was crooked, and the drinks cups were filthy. The bowl food was AWFUL, very disgusting rice or pesto pasta with nuts bear in mind we asked no nuts as we had some serious allergies and served 45mins before the end at 11:30?? The management always changed around and they were consistently rude and unfriendly, plus constantly smirked and chattered to one another in Italian as if we couldn't infer what they were saying. Their 'security' sucked, and many people came in with alcohol which we expressly forbade. They had no supervisors, so we had to call in our own friends and family to help. In total - they were useless. Would not recommend!
