Great customer service from the minute you arrive you feel at home. Quirky hotel centrally based. Has a pool table and bar meals. Continental brekkie with added extra of square sausage. Only downside no ketchup but should have asked. Beds are super comfy and shower is fab

Nice, clean, modern!  Very friendly and helpful staff!  Very earth friendly... love the fact that soap is in refillable containers instead of the small take away ones.  They incentivise people to keep towels with a beverage!  Keep it up and help save the planet!

Fantastic value and the room was immaculate. All staff were brilliant. I thought it was a bargain especially being just 200m from Glasgow Central

Incredibly clean. Staff explained clearly and efficiently how they have adapted service ect of the hotel during this time. More than happy with the stay the service and the food.
