Fantastic rooms, excellent location. Made walking around Glasgow a breeze.  The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and warm. Both from a temperature, as well as a coziness point of view.

Good hotel. Great staff. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants and secc for concerts etc.

Doesn't matter if a hotel needs to be updated but it does need to be clean. Things like torn furniture you may not be able to help but used mugs and stains is a no. Would have been 1 star but the staff were nice

Booked a night's stay in the hotel with dinner and breakfast for £99 with unlimited access to the pool steam room sauna and jacuzzi absolutely delighted came back today totally refreshed would also like to mention that the staff were absolutely fantastic :

Good hotel about ten minutes walk from Glasgow Central station. Friendly staff late bar. Could do with more than one person serving  buffet breakfast for an extra charge.

Staff were amazing. So helpful and caring. Would highly recommend.
