I had an amazing experience with this hotel. The customer service was outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was so pleased with the service I received from their maintenance. Especially services provided by Mr. Jessie Aquino, he went above and beyond to help me fixed the television in my room. He is very helpful and gave excellent customer service.
Although it may look a bit dated and "ugly" from the outside, it has been fully renovated and the inside is very modern and good-looking and functional. Rooms were really good, comfortable beds, stable temperature. Breakfast food was tasty but i wished there were a few more options, it still feels a bit small the breakfast area for the size of the hotel In terms of location, it's good, with tube, overground and bus connections nearby
We stayed for one night in a newly refurbished room. The room was a good size, spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was of good quality and plentiful. Everything was restocked promptly. Check in staff and breakfast staff were welcoming. The only negative point was that the duvets and room were very warm. We forgot to adjust the room temperature before going to bed so I'd recommend doing this. We'd certainly be very happy to stay here again.
I have to say it was by far the best experience I've ever had at an IBIS hotel. The hotel itself is great, but what truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. I've never encountered such a warm, friendly, and genuinely caring team. They weren't just polite – they were amazing people who went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. A special shout out to Eduardo C., Micky, and Elena! These three were absolute stars during my visit, ensuring that every need was met with a smile and a personal touch. Eduardo's attention to detail, Micky's great energy, and Elena's warm welcome made me feel right at home. Their kindness and professionalism truly elevated my experience and made feel like staying an extra week could not as I had to get back to work. If you're ever in London, I highly recommend staying at the IBIS Earls Court – you’ll be in good hands with this incredible team! Rooms: Rooms are bit too cold
My husband and I had a very pleasant time at Ibis Earl's Court. Having stayed in the hotel years ago, we were happily surprised and quite impressed by the renovation it undertook. The hotel is now a lot more up to date, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The lobby, now shared with Mercure, is beautiful, the coffee shop quite convenient and the area behind the elevators with the high chairs and table ideal for remote workers. We didn't pay extra for breakfast nor ate in the restaurant so can't comment on those, alas. Our room was perfect for 5-night stay. It gets almost totally dark, which we love, plus the bed is larger than we expected and super comfortable! The only pieces of constructive criticism I have are 1 the room door is incredibly heavy and hard to open, especially from outside 2 for longer stays, like ours, a minibar was missed 3 shower doesn't have good water pressure. That being said, we'd absolutely stay there again. I don't think value for money can be beaten in London.
Its changed...they have done a good job id say more upmarket. The foyer is far nicer, and the upstairs lounge area is good. I use to use this place for meetings etc. It needed a make over. Looks like it got it, on the evidence of downstairs. I do not know what the rooms are like though.
Stayed for 2 nights in the executive queen room. The room is clean but too cramped for 2 people with 1 big suitcase. They only had cool air blower not AC so it felt a bit humid in the room. The staff even lent us a desk fan because we kept saying it was too warm and the AC what we initially thought it was did not work . The breakfast was delightful with varieties on fruits and bread - not so much with salad though. The entire hotel has a clean, modern, and well-organized curved interior design which I found pleasant to see.
We stayed here to watch a show. The hotel was extremely clean, comfortable room and bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Not only that but they have an onsite car park, which is an absolute god send and quite reasonably priced to. The only negative things about them was the inability to book an early check in. That said, we would definitely go there again.
I recently stayed at Ibis London Earls Court, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The newly renovated rooms were spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable, making my stay feel luxurious without breaking the bank. Despite being centrally located, the hotel was wonderfully quiet, ensuring a peaceful night’s rest. The staff was another highlight—so friendly and incredibly helpful, going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The location is unbeatable. With a bus stop right in front of the hotel and a metro station just minutes away, getting around London was a breeze. In just a 20-minute ride, I was at iconic landmarks like Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. Whether you're in London for business or leisure, I highly recommend Ibis Earls Court for its comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be staying here again
We 2 adults and 1 child aged 9 stayed here for one night. Lovely, friendly staff at check in made it a quick, smooth check in. Room was lovely for what we needed, clean and comfortable. TV, tea/coffee making facilities, safe, hairdryer, storage etc. About a 3 minute walk to nearest tube station.
