Had to wait 21 days from start to finish for repairs to my vehicle as I was told a mirror was on back order. I called skoda and was informed I could order and collect within 3 days. I waited over a week for this back order from the repairers. On collection there was a chrome trim missing from the front bumper area which I was told it was there and must have come off?!? Again this part had to be ordered and I’m still waiting as of 25/04/2018!! A week later I hear rattling underneath my engine at the front. Upon inspection the plastic engine guard is all out of line and only half the retaining clips and screws fastened, the rest were missing! Called them to discuss the matter of the chrome trim being fitted by a mobile engineer and at the same time correct fitting of the engine guard!! Someone will call you back right away I was told..hour later I’m still waiting. Not a happy chap, terrible standard of work and customer service experience for me i’m afraid.

Wouldn't give a proper quote without charging, but there guestimate was more than double anywhere else!

My car went in on an insurance job, the work carried out was simply amazing and I am extremely pleased with the finished result as my car now looks new again! Thanks to all the team and my recommendations have began

It is hard to find anything negative to write about this company. My car was subject to a hit and run on a car park, they collected the car when they said they would, kept me constantly informed of progress by text messages.The car was cleaned after repair and returned to me as agreed. The repair is first class, you would never know it had been damaged. This is what I call service.

Excellent customer service, the staff were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this company, the repair to my car was 1st class. Thank you !
