I recently had 2 new wings put on my vehicle and rust treated, i was told it would take 2 weeks to complete the work and when i contacted them for updates they kept saying it is not ready ,eventually i got it back after 5 weeks , when i got home i opened the door and i noticed the rubber sleeve where the wiring passes through had not been replaced properly as i lived 25 miles away from the workshop i went to a local garage to have it fitted properly, i also could hear a rattling noise coming from the drivers door , i went to my local deal today to get that sorted and they discovered that the door speaker was loose and and when i contacted Swansway they said that the had no reason to remove the door handle and the inside door panel ,when i looked at my estimate for the work involved as it was not a insurance claim it clearly stated to remove right side front door handle and front inside right door panelService: Body & Trim

I recently used the the body repair service following third party damage to my six month old Skoda Superb. The third party had put long abrasions to my immaculate body panels on the driver's side. The service received and quality of work is faultless and I once again have an immaculate car! A professional garage who's staff offer an excellent service from start to finish My fourteen year old Mazda MX-5 will need some light cosmetic work later in the year and I know I will be in safe hands when I take it to Swansway. Took my car to get my diamond cut alloy wheels to be refurbished.. The end result was great, the price compared to other places was good but what really impressed me was the customer service. Never been so well looked after. If I could give an extra star to show my appreciation, I would.
Outstanding service. I took my car in after someone keyed it. I received my quote within an hour and was able to book it in a couple of weeks later. I was offered a free courtesy car which I accepted and when I collected my car the work was done to the highest standard and the car had been fully valeted. The staff were friendly and polite and couldn’t do enough to help me. Absolutely 1st class service
My car went here after an accident, which was no fault of my own. Couldn't fault Rob, my contact...he was great to deal with...5*. And all of the repairs were done perfectly. But unfortunately whilst being repaired, they removed my rear bumper not damaged in accident and broke it. It was a custom made bumper. They replaced it with a standard bumper and manually cut round the exhausts to make it fit. But I've never seen work so awfully done. It's a total mess. It looks like I've done it myself with a pair of scissors. I now, through no fault of my own will have to get a new bumper made approx £900 Including being sprayed back to gloss black. To hand a vehicle back like this is appalling. Very upsetting and not to mention expensive!
I had my Audi Q5 repaired after someone decided to hit the front wing on a car park, I can say that from the quote through to collection after repair and a full valet I can honestly say the courtesy and friendliness shown bye the staff and first class repair at an excellent price is the best that I have ever received. I have no hesitation in recommending them as a very professional and first class repair centre. Mr A S Evans Alsager
