Service team very friendly and helpful. Diagnosed the engine fault on my Honda Civic and replaced a faulty glow plug. Had to wait while as they fitted the job in, but that is to be expected. Very satisfied. Will recommend to others.

I can't express how pleased I am. Nothing is too much trouble, everybody is friendly and helpful, especially as we're in this awful pandemic. My new Jazz is beautiful inside and out.. All my thanks to Ray Sinclair who looked after the sale and part-ex brilliantly. I recommend Crewe Honda 100%.

I had a really great experience on both occasions in the showroom and I am extremely satisfied with the car. Christopher guided me all the way and was superb... Professional and friendly with incredible Honda knowledge! He seemed to genuinely want to help me and even my dog liked him. My dog likes no one so this really sealed the deal for me. We recently purchased a used Jazz, our first Honda car. Our contact with James Gwynne was helpful and friendly , with no pressure. We agreed terms to include a part exchange , handover etc., all went smoothly. If you’re looking for attention to detail and 1st class service for your Honda , look no  further. Took my Honda Civic in for a service and cannot fault the experience delivered by Rob, Chris and the technicians.  Honda Crewe definitely look after you and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Well deserved 5* review.

When my Mother’s old car gave up, we called in to Stuart Graham Honda on spec. We were met by James Gwynne who took the time to show her around a Honda Jazz. Nothing was too much trouble and he was unhurried, professional and answered all her questions. As she is well in to her 80’s there were plenty of questions about the whole process of buying a car. Whilst there wasn’t a car there to meet her needs on the day, James subsequently found a used Jazz within their wider group stock. We arranged to go back to see the car and once again James was professional, courteous and never, ever pushy. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process simple and enjoyable. The car is great. The service was even better.

Brilliant service. We really can't fault it. James and Steve were brilliant. We picked up our 3rd Honda from them yesterday , we are so happy with it. Thanks so much for everything , you are all wonderful.  This review is being posted today 6th June 2019 . Buying a new car from Stuart Graham Honda is always a joy.  However, I have to say that James was quite exceptional in the service he provided. No pressure, no fuss just genuinely securing a great deal.  It was a pleasure to do business with him - and a delight to drive away in my shiny new red car!

Had a very pleasant experience of trading in my old car and buying my first big top spec Crv. Matthew cornes was dealing with me and he was professional and very pleasant and easy to get along with. Communication was easy even though I was away and not local to the area using email and phone. Even had a good case of after care as the service book and manual where missing from the car. Contacted the dealership and it was sent out next day delivery. Overall I would be happy to business again no problem
