Father in law bought a used Peugeot from Bristol street Vauxhall. It just needed a software update for the radio and whilst it was only 1 week old it would be under their warranty. On the morning if the booking we were told they can't do it and will be in touch after they liase with Peugeot and then re book. A week later the car went in and was given back....with the same version as before! Details of what version it was and what needed to be were given but fell on deaf ears. Wasted our time. Would love to see the job report!

They wouldn't get ANY stars from me but you have to leave one to write a review. I booked my car in for a service with BSM Crewe and opted for their collection and delivery service. Received an email confirmation and voice message on my phone confirming booking. Come the day no show and not even a call from them. They have wasted my day/time as I booked a days holiday so they could collect my car from my home. Not impressed! Very shoddy.

Always use this garage. From servicing, MOT's, and buying our last two cars. Fantastic service, very friendly and very competitive when it comes cost too. And always a great deal to be hard when buying a new car. Highly recommended.
