Having been forced to write a poor review(see below) they post a Response promising to investigate and get in touch. No one has attempted to contact me and the General Manager still refuses to return my calls. Clearly the response to my review is just a cynical attempt to look interested while they still have no regard for their customers Seem to have a policy of denying any knowledge of faults reported despite several conversations, and the car being towed in by the AA, refuse to repair warranty faults and claim you have to go back to the branch you purchased the vehicle from. They claim to have fully road tested a car despite only putting one mile on the clock. When you complain they just answer, are you saying we lie!! When you ask for the General Manager to call you he dosen’t, he won’t take your calls and refuses to return them. After sales just get technicians to call you. This branch has no idea what customer service is and are not interested in trying. Avoid at all costs.

Poor service - expected better from such a well know company. This is the second time I have experienced poor service from this garage . Won't be using them again

I usually visit university way but this week I used Macon way as I needed Vauxhall specific. As usual my car received the complimentary valet. However, the standard wasn't anywhere near what I have come to expect from Bristol street. Hats off to whoever normally valets my car at university way. ****

This is the second time I have had an issue with ford at Bristol street, I have a windscreen washer that will not work I thought it was fozen but no all warm and still not working. I am informed that I it is not legal to drive a car with a defective wash wiper system. I rang the branch at Crewe and ended up speaking to a man in Gateshead what is going on I am unable to use my car it is still under warranty, I bet when somebody finally contacts me it will not be covered. I finally raised the manger at Crewe and he told me to bring the car in and that the fuse and pump where covered but the filter wasnt I thought that sounded fair enough. I dropped the car off the following day to be informed that if it was the fuse it would be £33 pounds + vat I explained to the guy that the manager told me it would be free he said that cant be right so with that I told him what I thought about that and did one. The manager phoned me AFTER I contacted Ford UK and left feedback, and fair play he came to my house changed the fuse and said if the fuse went again to fetch the car in to understand why the fuse was blowing. The e mails feed back and phone calls to get my car sorted was quite ridiculous. I will think long and hard before I use this branch again and the way they responded was good in the end only because I had kicked off, I dont need that sort of aggro.

Absolutely brilliant service from Bristol Street Motors. Simon Podmore sold us our car and went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. Lovely show room, friendly and patient staff and efficient service. I really feel that we got a great deal. I'm buying my next car from there!
