Very fast turn around, friendly staff. Insurance claims only. Good  parking easy access. Clean tidy workshops.

Damaged my car interior and then kept promising call backs that never came, repeatedly put the phone down on me and ignored my calls until I contacted LV personally. Avoid if you can.

Good communication, I was kept updated during the repair. The repair itself was brilliant.

My car had to go back 3 times and still isn’t right first time they brought my car back the wing hadn’t been fixed the second time I found my front panel glued and my headlight glued and poorly repaired and then when it went to have new headlights fitted I found out they hadn’t even plugged one of the headlight in so was driving with one headlight if you want my advice do not use or go to the garage for work it won’t be done properlyService:&nbsp;Body &amp; Trim

Recently my i30n was hit resulting in damage to rear drivers side. I called LV who put me onto halo, from the start halo were great getting me booked in for early July but putting me on a cancellation list. A few days later I got a call saying they had a slot available for the next day and that I should have the car after 2 days. Once the car was picked up about 7 hours later I got a phone call saying my car was ready and will be dropped off on his way back home.  The quality of the repair is unbelievable for the time it took. It literally looks like a brand new car, you can not tell where my car was damaged at all.  I'm very impressed and overjoyed with my experience with Halo. I would highly recommend them to anyone, super friendly, amazing workmanship and great lines of communication.Service:&nbsp;Body &amp; Trim

I had an accident in my Volvo and LV organised Halo to do the repairs.  My car was collected from the house .I had a call from Shaun who explained what how long it would take for the repairs and he kept me updated every day. The car has been delivered and looks amazing.  Excellent service and I would definitely recommend this company. .

Professional from first contact. Polite and helpful staff. Car collected on time and returned on time and the car looks 100%. Could not have asked for more.

We recently had a dent repaired at Halo. They did an excellent job. Very reasonable price and completed quicker than time quoted. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

I recently visited the site Crewe and I can honestly say that the cleanliness and tidiness of Halo Crewe was by better than anything I have ever seen.  I had the pleasure of meeting with Shaun Cunningham who gave me a guided tour.  A really nice guy who is really passionate about the Site but also the Key to Key process and customer service levels.  From a customer perspective this gives you confidence that the jobs get done on time every time.  Very impressive set up.
