Salesperson Nathan was friendly and not pushy. Purchased a used Peugeot 3008 2011 with service history and 12 months mot. Priced very competitivelyons. Bodywork and interior excellent as described. Mot not completed, but noticed when I got home. Gateway resolved the matter promptly and I was booked in for MOT. Garage also covered my fuel cost. Overall a great car and friendly efficient service. Would recommend.

Had a repair carried out. Very professional and pleasant staff. Cheaper than another Peugeot dealer. Also did car health check and washed and vacuumed car for free.

While I was having work done on my car. I had a drink and just relaxed for an hour. I noticed how happy and friendly all the staff were. And also efficient. It's like a family unit of everyone pulling together. Needless to say I was very impressed.

I Contacted Gateway to enquire about a used car and for probably the first time in all ours years of buying cars we were treated with respect and curtasy and genuine customer care Aaron Moulton the salesman made the decision to buy the car a easy one, we didn't feel pressured and even during the test drive which i hate Aaron made me feel relaxed My part ex price was really good without the need to haggle and play games for hours My car and paperwork were ready as arranged even though I was early I have since contacted Matt Alcock the sales manager who like Aaron was approachable and thanked me for taking the time to give my feedback I know this is a long review but Aaron deserves the few minutes it has taken me to write this I recommend anyone who wants the best customer care to head to Gateway in Crewe you will not be disappointed
