My daughter is so pleased with her Mini Cooper that we bought from Lookers Mini in Crewe. The Mini was fully prepared and in pristine condition when I collected it from the showroom.  Dan was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the buying process. He communicated very well and answered all my queries fully. In particular, he did not exert any undue pressure on me to buy and ensured the transaction went through smoothly without a hitch.  One minor improvement would be to provide the car with free petrol instead of charging.

Fantastic experience buying my daughter's first car from Lookers Crewe. Joshua was so helpful and maintained contact throughout. I travelled from Glasgow to buy it and on arrival the first thing Joshua did was offer me a much welcomed coffee rather than just launching into the purchase which I really appreciated.  The car was presented in excellent condition and he delivered on all of his his promises.  I have had some bad experiences buying cars over the years through Arnold Clark but this time it was faultless and a great experience throughout. Thank you Joshua!!!

Just picked up my new Mini from Lookers . I first had contact about 7 months ago with Will who has been great, regular updates as to the progress. Very pleasant  professional manor. Recently collected my Mini Cooper Electric. Very happy with the car our first electric and the experience with Mini Crewe.  Will Cooke in particular took good care of us throughout, from initial test drive, through ordering and delivery.  No hesitation in recommending both Will and Mini Crewe.
