From the minute we walked into the dealership, we were overwhelmed by how friendly and personable Connor Saunders was with our family! He took huge interest in exactly what we wanted and put huge effort into finding the most perfect Hyundai Tucson for us. My Dad yesterday, bought a Ionic 5 from Connor at Holdcroft Hyundai Crewe, from the first chat to collection, Connor has been great, communication has been great, he has kept Dad in the loop all the way through. Connor even arranged a little little treat for Dad on his collection. He really went that extra mile, but having spent time with Dad he realised he is a big F1 Lewis Hamilton fan, so the F1 treats were very thoughtful. I would highly recommend the service Crewe Hyundai provide. Nathan and Connor have been very polite, friendly and professional. Good job!

I have taken delivery of my Tucson N-line today. I am absolutely made up with the vehicle, looks, drives and feels fantastic. I can’t thank Connor Saunders enough for his incredible customer service throughout the process, from the initial order, to the day of delivery. Connor has been attentive throughout, with regular updates at every stage. Connor also secured a fantastic deal for me on the car, and worked extremely positively with getting me the the very best price for my trade in vehicle. Buying a car can sometimes be a stressful experience, this was definitely not the case for me. I can’t recommend Hyundai Crewe, and Connor enough.

Great service from the friendly sales team. We primarily dealt with Connor who was honest, pleasant and personable throughout the sales process, ensuring that we had a straightforward and fast purchase of our new car. The rest of the sales team Nathan and Mark were also really helpful and informative. This dealership will definitely be my first port of call when I come to change my car again.

Mark did a fantastic job in securing our new car. We had been let down by a different car manufacturer and I set Mark the task of finding a Hyundai Tucson and delivering it to us within a month. Mark more than delivered, even personally picking me up on his day off to get the delivery completed in time. Great experience all round and look forward to dealing with Mark again in the future!

Been though and bought multiple cars here and have always had an amazing experience. Mark did a brilliant job sorting out the perfect car for me showing me all the options, and had loads of experience and knowledge. Everything was relaxed with friendly sales and finance team, and breezed through the whole process.

I have just bought my second car from Holdcroft Hyundai.  It is a lovely showroom, easy to get to and park, the staff can't do enough for you, they will do whatever they need to to get you in the right car at the right price.  Communication throughout the process is proactive and thorough and unusually the aftersales communication is beyond expectations.  I wouldn't have any doubt in my mind about recommending them to anyone.

Booked the service online and quoted a very reasonable price. Delivered my car to garage and seen by friendly knowledgeable staff. Stayed in the comfortable and clean waiting room, and the car was handed back to me duly serviced AND cleaned. Happy with the service and will use again.

I have received excellent service from Connor Saunders from the initial test drive, through ordering the i10. The car was not immediately available so I was promised frequent updates on  delivery. Connor ensured I was updated by phone calls throughout the process. Every stage was made easy through Connor's guidance. I collected my car today. Connor was very helpful setting up the Bluetooth. Couldn't have received better service. This is my 10th new car purchase and the easiest by far. Thanks. Good job!
