From booking in to breakfast all the staff were fantastic. The room was clean, comfortable and actually had a bath! happy days to soak in hot water . The breakfast was exceptionally good, and excellent value. All in all, a great place to stay and I'll definitely go back
Great Premiere Inn, rooms nice and clean lovely helpful staff really helpful. Nice little bar that doubles up as breakfast room . Food excellent hot well cooked buffet style full English. Poached eggs cooked fresh if required. Great selection of continental style breakfast plus cereals toast and crumpets. Selection of jams marmalade and peanut butter plus hot tea and coffee. Couldn't fault it would definitely return. Oh there a big Sainsburys across the road if you want snacks to have in your room .
Stayed here on many occasions, all of which plesent. Clean and comfortable and affordable for what is on offer but can't afford or even consider booking at + £185 per night this Christmas whilst visiting family. The price way too expensive for what the premier inn provide. It's not a boutique hotel at the end of the day! Frustrating...
Clean, comfortable & quiet but intermittent hot water so not able to shower room 309. Breakfast excellent but the evening restaurant service dire. One member of staff checking in guest, taking food orders, cooking, serving and taking payment. Took a hour to get food when not many in the restaurant. New menu not great, stick to the old one.
Rooms spotless, beds comfortable, and the location perfect — right in the heart of Hitchin with quick access to shops and restaurants. The staff are friendly, professional, and make check-in effortless. Quiet at night, good breakfast, and parking close by. I’d stay here again for both business and leisure — excellent value for money and consistent Premier Inn quality.
