Had a great stay, as expected from the Premier Inn brand. Clean, comfortable and functional. Lovely hot shower, although water pressure in the hand basin wasn't great. Couldn't open the bedroom window to get any fresh air. Otherwise all brilliant. Taxi phone in reception was really useful. Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Claire helping us have an allergen-free breakfast.

The worse Premier Inn we have ever stayed in. First room offered smelled very badly of smoke! Broken toilet, how did the cleaner miss this?? Two rooms left open whilst cleaner in attendance smelled very badly of must/stale air/sewarage! Our room had so many dirty fingerprints/stains on furniture. Filthy bath tapsunderneath full of black gunk!! /filthy sink overflow/toilet flushed but not hygienically clean or bleached!! One earring found behind the door! Breakfast items missing/not provided! No longer branded foods and no longer value for money! Bar opened sometimes and not for long/consistent! Male reception staff extremely helpful & professional. The ONLY positive comment for this hotel.

Great value for money, clean and quiet room, friendly staff. We didn’t eat at the restaurant so we can’t comment on the quality of the food. We traveled with our baby, a cot was provided as requested. We will definitely stay here again.

Myself and my Husband stayed for 3 nights, on arrival there wasnt a staff member at check in so did this on the Kiosk, it took a while as machine was quite slow but we got there in the end,  we stayed in room 7 and it was spotless exactly size of the room was perfect. We originally booked for 2 nights but decided to stay another night of which we could stay in the same room which was a bonus. Very quite hotel and very calm. We only had breakfast on the last morning of which was nice. There was a member of staff called Carrieanne of who was so helpful, we needed clean cups for our room and nothing was never too much trouble,  she always had a happy smile on the face she was so lovely and very polite unlike some staff in Premier Inns she's a asset to the company, would definitely stay again

Sorry to say not a good experience this time.nThe room we were in didn't have an opening window so I felt stifled all night and couldn't sleep.nThe staff in the restaurant in the morning was alone and had too much to do for 1 person.nThe chef couldn't be bothered to cook more hash browns even though it was only 8:30 and they didn't have any gluten free cereal although there was a board saying it was available and the chef didn't seem to want to make any gluten free toast as it would have taken him away from his phone it seemed. The bacon was overcooked and hard and there was only a small amount of baked beans on offer. Not the usual standard for the breakfast I'm afraid.
