Had a lovely afternoon staff are polite and professional very welcoming, all covid measures in place felt very safe. Food was lovely. We had Sunday lunch couldn't fault it, compliments to the chef. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be going back.

The sevice we received from entering to going was fantastic. The meal was excellent very generous portions. Well done to all the staff.  Thank you.

Stayed for a single night in the executive suite. Really wide open space. Baths and showers were also spacious. The bed is big enough for 4 or 5 people but sacrifices comfort. Overall an amazing stay.

A Great hotel just above Newcastle quayside. Room facilities are excellent. Dinner and breakfast were great too.

Exceptional service from our waiter last night, for a young person to have so much knowledge of wine and enthusiasm in his work was a delight to see he's a credit to the business  I don't personally know him   but please thank him on our behalf. Table booking under Carr. Thank you
