The most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. Bathrooms are very dirty and nobody ever intends to make them clean, especially the floor (full of hairs). The windows in my room wouldn't open, the heaters don't work properly (too hot in the kitchen and the bathroom). The shower downstairs is broken - only hot water. Beds are very uncomfortable. The holidays in London were spoiled only by this place. If you respect yourself, don't book this hotel!!

The host was very rude and the location was awful. It takes more than 30 minutes to reach center by train and people around make you feel unsafe. It would be better to stay away from this place.

The accommodation rate was taken from my credit card even it states no prepayment until one day before my arrival date. I sent emails to them but never got any response. Have cancelled my reservation with them and waiting for the refund.
