Just what we needed. Clean, spacious, well equipped apartment in Liverpool 1. The reception staff were good, very welcoming and pleasantly efficient. I visited with my wife and 9 year old son. We were all happy and would definitely stay again.
Extremely friendly staff and excellent location. Had no problems with check in and had a great laugh with the receptionist. The apartment was very clean and the only downfall was the hallway lamp shade that kept banging against the bathroom door, a weird crunchy noise under the carpet aswell as missing milk so I couldn't enjoy the tea and coffee. Very minor issues but I would still recommend this place because of the staff, location and cleanliness.
Awesome place to stay in. The best location in Liverpool, everything is within walking distance. Clean apartment, well furnished, hot water in the bathroom, everything. A bit small when it comes to size, but still no complaints.
Very disappointed with our stay, we stayed here last year and thought it was very nice so we booked again for 5 days from the 9th of july. Despite our room having a sticker across the door stating it was thoroughly cleaned and covid secure we found the apartment to be very dirty, the toaster and microwave were filthy, the bluetooth speaker was broken, there was a cracked filthy cup in the cupboard, the fridge was full of ice, the furniture was very dirty and dusty and there was chewing gum stuck next to the mirror in the bedroom: disgusting! But worst of all i returned home to find i had caught head lice from the apartment. I am absolutely disgusted with this property and we will never stay here again
Good location - that is the only saving grace Stayed for 3 weeks and in fact was planning to stay for another 4 months but decided to move out and shift to another apartment. Reason? The apartment is located in the centre of Liverpool and hence very convenient if u intend to do some shopping. However if u are a light sleeper then u will have tough time sleeping as it is incredibly noisy until wee hours. You will have people screaming and singing at 3 or 4am. Next, there is a gap between the door and the door frame, resulting in banging nosies all night Long - enough to drive you nuts. The worst of all is the hot water system - if you take a shower at late night, you will have to remember to turn on the water heater before you sleep, else there wont be any hot water in the morning. It takes more than 30 mins before the water turns hot. So it is really frustrating if you are rushing for work. The staff manning the reception desk are generally uninterested and more interested in playing with their mobile phones. Overall - if you are a light sleeper, then you have to avoid this place
Had a 2 night break, apartment clean and comfortable. Highly recommended, great service and value for a centrally located apartment. Only a 10 minutes walk from Liverpool Lime Street Station.
Wifeypoo is an ex-pat from L'Pool, having left for USA in 1964. The city has changed so very much since she was a teenager. Our two week stay at Bridge Street couldn't have better or more pleasant. The facilities are NEW and easily accessible to all the pedestrian shopping areas and pubs of City Center. Once you figure out where the parking garage entrance is, you don't need a car except to visit Wales. We plan to use this hotel every time we visit Liverpool, which is going to be just about yearly.
Perfect location. Big and clean apartment. Love it. Suitable for family or couple travel. I will make reservation next time when travel to Liverpool.
Very beautiful, spacious and clean apartments. The kids love the fact that it is in the heart of Liverpool. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Reception and corridors were a bit tatty and run down however the apartment themselves are really nice. The apartment we were in had a great view so could not complain.
