The apartment is very clean, the location is fantastic in the middle of the city centre. The staff are very friendly , helpful & welcoming. Their was a smell in the apartment up on arrival & check out is at 11 but extend to 11:30 AM very early The sounds from out side are very noisy. Don’t forget to bring house slippers, the floor is very cold Marble Highly recommend
We had two apartments booked via Mojito Events & Planning for a 50th birthday .. there were nine of us, so we had one penthouse and one superior deluxe! Both were extremely spacious, clean & modern with fully equipped kitchen/dining area, comfy sofas, two bathrooms with toiletries & towels, tea/coffee etc & TV. Reception was manned 24 hours & staff were friendly, polite, courteous & helpful. Location was perfect. Highly recommend Rooms: Clean, spacious & modern Walkability: 5/10 minute walk to Docks, restaurants & shops Food & drinks: In house bar with reasonably priced drinks along with happy hour! Breakfast, snacks & meals also available
We didn't sleep well as the mattress was too hard and the seagulls were noisy all night. Bedroom windows are shuttered, not double glazed units. Very disappointed.Rooms: 3/5
Spot on in every way. Very well equipped, massive apartment. Staff superb and friendly. Good, secure parking. Superb location for all the city attractions. Very reasonable rates. Will definitely be back when next in the area.
Lush apartments. Really great location although slightly noisy at night as expected from a city centre. Rooms also very spacious and comfortable. Front desk helpful and helped us with taxis etc. Main living area is spacious and great kitchen facilities. Walkability: 1 minute walk to the city centre. Perfect
I loved the apartment, the location, the restaurant, and the breakfast options. Amazing place to stay in Liverpool. I definitely will recommend it, and I'm sure I'll be back. I had a great time.Rooms: 5/5
A bit weird inside tbh, would be a lot safer staying in a commercial hotel. £150 deposit which you won’t get back until you go to the bank and fight for it! They told me they refunded the deposit but on the receipt it clearly says transaction void. They try to scam you for the £150 deposit. A lot easier to staying at a normal hotel
For the price we paid great but we used vouchers to get a great deal. Had we paid full price would have been less impressed. In need of some maintenance. Windows hard to close, balcony door only stays shut when locked, damaged tile floor, no coasters would expect especially as coffee table glass and main table wood, mood lighting broken, and flickering light in the hall. Have to light hob manually with a lighter provided. Takes away a bit from the wow factor. Fix these and the wow factor will be restored. Superbly equipped, extremely spacious and great location for anything you'd like to visit. Excellent reception service. Good view of city from balcony.

Accommodation was very nice, very clean, a few bits missing, but we managed to cope. Comfortably adequate bedrooms, large bathroom, en-suite and a large kitchen, dinning area and cosy lounge. Absolutely perfect location, in the heart of town, steps away from restaurants, bars and shops. And to top it off, there are two bars downstairs.
