I recently stayed at The Resident Liverpool and was impressed by the hotel's prime location in the heart of the town. The hotel is conveniently situated near various eateries, bars, and nightlife spots, making it an ideal choice for those looking to explore the city's vibrant scene.  While the hotel itself doesn't offer much beyond a standard room, the accommodation was acceptable for a short stay. The room was clean and provided a comfortable environment for relaxation. However, I was slightly disappointed when my towels were not changed despite placing them on the floor for replacement.  Nevertheless, I contacted the reception, and they promptly brought up fresh towels, demonstrating their responsiveness to guest concerns. Although the hotel may not offer extensive amenities, the exceptional location makes up for it, especially for travelers looking to immerse themselves in the local attractions.  In terms of value for money, I found the pricing to be on the higher side considering the limited offerings within the hotel. However, if location convenience is a top priority for your stay, The Resident Liverpool is a suitable choice.  Overall, my experience at The Resident Liverpool was satisfactory, with the standout feature being its excellent location. With a few improvements in service and amenities, this hotel has the potential to enhance the overall guest experience and become a top choice for visitors to Liverpool.

Excellent hotel right on music square. Room are exceptional clean tidy and modern. Very quite and no noise from the busy street below. I figured it would be noisy being so central but no a peep. No bar available which I thought was a bad thing but I can see why not as it's in the main bar/restaurant street in Liverpool. I highly recommend. Five star.  Rooms: Excellent style and super clean with shampoo shower gels all available in the shower and real good quality

Staff were super friendly and helpful on arrival.  Rooms are lovely and clean with the added bonus of a mini fridge and microwave in a small kitchen area.  Lovely location with parking 5 mins walk away. Thanks to everyone at The Resident. We look forward to returning soon.

Excellent hotel! Powerful A/C, comfortable beds and super friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and we had the only bathtub of the trip. We came back for our luggage and they served us tea and cookies while we relaxed before our train. Would definitely stay here again!  Rooms: Spacious, clean, and VERY quiet. Great blackout curtains  Walkability: Very walkable. In an area with tons of bars and restaurants. Very near the central station the main long haul station is Lime Street, so it isn't noisy from trains

Had a fantastic stay here. Very friendly staff. Immaculate rooms and comfy bed. Brilliant location on a backstreet but within a minutes walk of bars and restaurants and easy to get to the attractions on foot. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.Rooms: 5/5

This place was awesome; great stay. Clean rooms, air conditioning worked great, and staff was friendly. Only complaint was you could hear the music from a nearby business at around 2am, and it’s a bit of a walk from a bus stop, so location is the only 4 star part of this hotel. We enjoyed our 2 night stay.Rooms: 5/5

This review written even before I leave this hotel. I must appreciate the very helpful staff. The Resident located  in the heart of downtown Liverpool. Easy access from stations and airport. Rooms are clean with kitchenette.  But the staffs are super super helpful and kind. Sure I'll ne back to The Resident Liverpool again on my next visit to this city.

We don’t normally seek out to leave a review and usually wait for an email but in the case of The Resident, Liverpool we felt it was a must. The hotel is in a great location, lively area but noise is not heard in the hotel. There are great pubs and places to eat nearby so although the hotel doesn’t provide food, it really isn’t a problem. The staff at the hotel were all so welcoming, helpful and friendly and the rooms we had were very comfortable and clean. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Resident Liverpool and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with exceptional customer service and a warm welcome. The entire hotel is beautifully designed, with modern decor and luxurious amenities.  The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I especially loved the plush bedding and fluffy towels. The hotel's central location made it easy for me to explore the city and visit all the nearby attractions.  The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect, offering helpful tips and recommendations for things to do in the area. I also enjoyed dining at the hotel's restaurant, where the food was delicious and the service was top-notch.  Overall, my experience at Resident Liverpool was absolutely fantastic and I would definitely stay here again in the future. If you're looking for a luxurious and hassle-free stay in Liverpool, I highly recommend booking a room at this hotel. Five stars all the way!

I recently stayed at the Hotel Resident in Liverpool and had an outstanding experience. The service was impeccable from start to finish. Upon arrival, I received an amazing welcome from the staff, particularly Miles and Cloe, who made me feel right at home. Their warm hospitality set the tone for my entire stay.  I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Miles and Cloe for their exceptional service and kindness. Their efforts truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend the Hotel Resident in Liverpool for anyone seeking excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you again, Miles and Cloe, for making my visit so wonderful!
