Lovely clean modern hotel, the whole chain seems to be better every time I stay.nQuick check in by amiable staff. Room very presentable, usual small bathroom!nLots of eateries etc nearby or eat in, menu OK for one night.nBuffet breakfast, excellent coffee but bacon undercooked and no beans left when I got there at 7:45, staff should monitor the food a little better.nNo major gripe though and I would happily stay again.
Simon the Team Leader was absolutely fantastic.nnI made a mistake with my booking and he resolved it within minutes.nnWhat a lovely staff member you have at your disposal!nnOur stay was absolutely fine. The rooms were clean and there is lots of amenities nearby.
The beds were not done properly. Since there is no call facility so Had to go down and tell the reception every time. Better to spend few bucks more and goto a better one
We rate this hotel, our room was quiet, well-appointed, the breakfast is included and offers good choice of things, the staff were all well-trained and helpful. The price is excellent. Great!
Stayed for one night. Quite expensive overall at £130 mid week. Wasn't worth that but was on business and conveniently located for that.nnRoom was on top floor and there was a noise from some fan not the Aircon in the room as that was off. Also a musty smell in the room when I arrived so had to air it for a while.nnTV had a couple of lines on it and needs replacing.nnBreakfast was ok.nnOverall average but wouldn't pay that much if I was paying myself.
