Hotel in a good position in Derby near the town centre - easy to walk to from the train station. We stayed two nights and although it was okay the first night, the second we had no water! This was apparently due to the hotel being 'full' and everyone using it - not ideal. Without that it would be 5 star.

Stayed at the premier inn next door. Nice hotel but premier inn need to get rid of the automated check inn/out machines, big fail on their part in my opinion, that is one thing that needs to have a personal touch not a robot. Rooms clean but you can see that it won't be long till they need a deep as dust on top of surfaces and scale on shower surfaces is starting to build up. Overall nice big hotel but just needs these things addressing.

Great hotel. Clean and modern. Staff are very friendly. Very good breakfast choice. 2pm late check out is really helpful. Would certainly recommend.

Standard premier Inn, nice showers not over the bath in every room i have stayed in. Parking isn't directly outside its in the intu car park. Would recommend.

Fabulously well kept hotel in a good location for the town centre. Friendly and helpful staff who turned what was a catastrophic night after a visit to another big brand hotel into a memorable one for all the right reasons. Nice, modern and clean bedrooms and an excellent breakfast. Well done. The only downside is the lack of on site parking, however there are options available nearby. Will return.
