The location is quite hidden away and is not on a very appealing street. Check in was a hassle. Had to wait 5 minutes before we were seen to as they were on a toilet break. The hotel is like a maze and we were given room 302. The lift was not working and it took us ages to find the room as there were barely any signs around. When we got to the room, i wished we hadn't. It looked nothing like the refurbished pictures and the room was awful. It was dirty, old and we had dead flies in every light. The window was cracked, our toilet would not flush and the bed sheets were less than appealing. I would not recommend staying here at all. My partner is disabled and there is only one parking space right at the front of the hotel which is barely labeled. We couldn't have it however as taxis and work vans were occupying it at every minute of the day. If you want to stay at a hotel, don't stay at this one

Was a great hotel and a comfortable stay. Breakfast was good. Although it is currently going through a refurb, it will look fantastic when complete.

Okay for short-stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast choices.

The staff is pretty nice (not all of them) and the hotel is clear (some details are neglected). Some problems in fixtures.

Great place, really supportive staff and a fantastic atmosphere. Would recommend for anything hosting any sort of event. Staff were excellent and there when needed and required, very helpful.
