From the onset, we were very happy with the service and communication when arranging our wedding. Everything was explained in detail and plans were made by the wonderful Lauren. Every possible effort was made prior to the big day without exception which made, what could have been very stressful was instead, the most smooth running operation I have ever witnessed. The wonderful staff made ourselves, and all our guests very welcome on our special day. Also, a personal thank you to Jonathan, who, without doubt is most dedicated to his role and is to be highly commended for taking care of us, a credit to your company. Was welcomed with a smile, staff were very friendly at check in. Pleasantly surprised by size and layout of the room. The placement of the TV was perfect with inputs on the side. Room was all clean and tidy. Bathroom also clean and tidy with no issues. Would well recommend. Reception even called and asked if everything was ok.

It's good and clean. Breakfast is mediocre. Allows pets at £10/night/pet. Let down by the pool and gym as it's a separate building and company, with weird access hours and kids are mostly not allowed

Great place to stay with full use of the adjacent leasure centre. Some confusion over bar food serving times with no 24hr portion of wedges or chips, however this was of no major consequence unless like us you arrive later than 9pm. Would recommend and next time we may experience the signature dish of a 900g lamb chop.

Good venue for blood donation. The venue is a good one for blood donation. Plenty of parking and large space, which is handy as it is a busy session.
