Excellent service and very nice rooms.

Rooms was clean, the TV worked (the amount of places I stay and the TV doesn't work is amazing) free room safe and iron and ironing board.

Dinner is very good and breakfast is the same.

We came for a friend's wedding, we didn't stay but the guests who were said nothing but nice things. The staff were all helpful and polite, the place itself is gorgeous, the food was perfect and the facilities were all clean and well kept. There was another wedding party at the same time but it wasnt an issue, we only knew they were there when we arrived and had to ask which room to go to, otherwise we could have been the only people in the place. Will definitely consider when we book our wedding!

Had a fantastic meal Here, we attended a Santa Sunday Lunch and couldn't be happier with the entire event. The food was superb and the room beautiful. All the staff worked their socks off to ensure all went well. Thanks to all concerned and Merry Christmas to you all.  See you in 2018.

Great location for business. Bright, modern and well appointed rooms. Good food at very reasonable prices.

The hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are a decent size and they're quiet.
It's a typical converted manor house now used as a hotel. So it has ome veey interesting rooms and nice gardens. The gardens are at the front though right by the road which seems a little odd. They're very well looked after though.
My one issue was the lack of staff. On two occasions I found reception empty and nobody about to deal with a question I had. Then at breakfast, three or four is us sat in the dining room for 10 minutes before anyone noticed we were there. Calling into the kitchen didn't help as the chef had the radio on quite loudly.
