I was exhausted on arrival at the hotel after a stressful journey. The Reception staff were very kind and supportive. They helped me to plan my route the following day. The room was clean and comfortable. Budget price and met all my needs. I slept well and wouldn't hesitate to book again! THANK YOU.

Bed & bathroom clean & serviceable. Staff friendly. Overall the place is in need of a refresh. One thing that really annoyed me was that it cost £5 more to have a no-smoking room - why? The rooms were exactly the same in description on the website. Also, there is a service road to travel under the M1 and access the opposite carriageway but we were discouraged from using it as it is in bad repair however it saves a lot of time & mileage so worth knowing about.

You get what you pay for. Not brilliant cleanliness, found some nail extensions on the carpet. Motorway is nearby, however when window is closed I could barely hear it. Paid only 60 quid for 2 nights for 2 people, so it is okay. I have not expected 5 star service.
