Great stay as always. Clean comfortable rooms, super breakfast and friendly staff. Have to say I have stayed before with 2 children on a more than adequate sofa bed. They love it. Some people just love complaining don't they?

Very spacious Holiday In express, the hallways are wide, and the staircase is massive. Reception is quite large. First impression on room was that it was nice and plenty of space. Looked clean and tidy. Room has air conditioning which was extra bonus. 4 starts as the carpet was clearly stained (see photos), TV was awfully slow and cumbersome, and I had to get an iron and ironing board from reception, usually Express's have them in rooms?

The hotel is modern, clean and the rooms are surprisingly large. The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was very disappointing, the sausages tasted very bland and the bacon was like chewing on rubber. I'm a real meat eater, but I only ate about half a piece of bacon and left the rest. The biggest issue is that there was an attempted break in of my vehicle. Now I understand that it's not their responsibility as such, but it turns out that there security surveillance isn't great. They could use additional lighting and upgraded cameras to re-assure guests.

Good room, clean and comfortable no complaints there. Breakfast was okay, a little disappointed that there was no continental option - meat and cheeses. I'm not a full English fan.

Exactly what you expect from a Holiday Inn Express; clean, quick and polite service. Bar area is decent with sports shown on TVs without being annoying. Breakfast was better than expected
