I manage chronic health conditions and anxiety so i find it quite overwhelming going shopping. However, I was supported by a very kind, understanding and helpful staff member who provided excellent customer service. I think her name was Stella. She was patient, took the time to understand my needs and find the items I was looking for.
We were helped by Heather who went over and above our expectations. Heather helped us with ribbon for a wedding car, giving helpful advice and even measuring how much ribbon we’d need. What a great store and what a great asset the staff are, especially Heather. Thank you.
Had everything I needed plus a lot of sale items. In general, prices seem a lot lower than they used to be. Well worth the visit.
Very friendly and helpful staff, centrally located in town - however feels too small & not as well stocked as the Ferndown/Bournemouth location. More suited to seasonal decorations
Visited yesterday when it opened,not a big enough store aisles too narrow, everything crammed in,I'll stick with the Ferndown one much nicer,more spacious and better selection of items....
