Brilliant customer service, could not find item on display, went all out to find it in the store room. Can not fault my visit even at the checkout. Item a present for my elderly Mother, very pleased with her kettle, small enough for her to hold, she can use this with ease. Highly recommend.

A disaster all round. All reasons to go didnt happen. We wanted to look at fridges but they were all fridge freezers. The cafes was closed and we were really looking forward to going there. The toilets were also out of use. It was a very quick visit & waste of journey.
Great place to come shopping for things for the home in our first real shopping day out in over a year. Great to see and feel the quality of things. Ended up buying much more than we planned, haha! As usual, the quality of goods and helpfulness of staff us a given here. I would recommend spending time here.
Selecting curtains can be daunting. I’m not surprised when you start realising just how much there is to consider so we’re very pleased we went to John Lewis, Poole.nYou want to know you are in the hands of people that know what they are talking about, and not just sales speak we felt with Nigel and Tracey. You also want to know there is a substantial company backing them with reputation they want to protect. Our experience so far is that they are helpful, on top of everything that is going on, even when we changed our mind mid order. They have kept us informed throughout the whole process.nI suspect companies supplying John Lewis are selected for good design, using quality materials at value for money price ranges.nSo selecting what you like the look off is just the start of the journey. Will ready made work or do you need or want made to measure curtains? Is it right the material for the environment you’re using them in? Are they available in dimensions that work with your windows? And many, many other factors to consider, not least cost, advising where you can save money by doing something in a different way.
