They were great. The lady I spoke to today obviously really enjoys her tech and was very personable. Not pushy at all, and she did get me to consider other options as well get me signed up to the John Lewis app/account. Which I have added the loyalty card to my Google wallet in case I fancy a new phone in the next week or so. Thanks!
The service was amazing. I asked for a look at the watches they were offering, and I was shown allnthey had with a detailed explanation of each range. Because I own an iPhone 17 I asked to see them and compare.nthe lady went through the detailnso I decided on one she then set it up and showed me how it will work. I’m pleased and satisfiednHow’s that for service!!!
It's a nice store especially for attractive tableware - a good price range. The staff in that section , she was nice, I spoke to her last week in relation to advice about kitchen appliances.nAnd just to mention the staff in pillows and bed linen area , he was nice and helpful.nThe click and collect is good also.nThe cafe is ok, not overly appealing. More attractive choices in Westbourne.nnBut while this John Lewis store is nice, I feel the store hasn't had much investment.
A very nice store. Large capacity car park at the front of the retail park.nIt’s on two levels with homeware on the lower level and electrical, kitchen appliances etc, upstairs. Lots of tv’s upstairs. Home cinema and cameras.nAll quality products.
I shop at John Lewis mainly online but was shopping in the area with my son & his partner so thought we would pop in to John Lewis then go for a coffee & cake in there cafe .nnThe service was awful very unfriendly staffnVery slow service & finally sat down at a dirty table but then went to get cutlery & it was stained & dirty from forks to teaspoons so used the wooden disposal ones which is ridiculous you really wouldn’t expect a cafe run by John Lewis to have such low hygiene standards ! Cake was dry & coffee was bitter so not good at all & not a nice experience & not what I expect from John LewisnnWe left the cafe & I needed to go to the ladies toilet which was short of disgusting & filthy! Smelled absolutely awful & toilet's were either stained or floor covered with water ! Sinks in poor dirty condition & taps either not working or tap loose no soap in 2 of dispensers & only one dryer working which looked dirty as well !nnContacted customer service on there contact email on the John Lewis app & was emailed to say they would be in contact within 24 hours & it’s now been a week with no contact so John Lewis don’t really care that there cafe has poor hygiene standards & there staff are not very welcoming to customers & there toilets are in disgusting condition!
