Hilton London Paddington hotel is one of London’s grandest Victorian hotels, and offers a full range of modern facilities in a fantastic location. Opened in 1854, this Art Deco hotel has 419 individually crafted guest rooms, including 56 premium rooms in a dedicated GWR Tower Wing.

The world’s first palatial terminus hotel, this was the vision of Isambard Kingdom Brunel, a 19th century versatile, audacious engineer whose designs revolutionized public transport and modern engineering. This hotel is so handy for anyone coming into Heathrow, as the Express comes to Paddington, where there is excellent connection to pretty much everywhere vis the Tube.nWe were upgraded when we arrived, and were very grateful for this. The room was a junior executive suite, more than ample size for a couple. Comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom, with a small ante-room. The staff were lovely. The cost of the stay was reasonable versus other hotels we have stayed at in London. We will definitely stay again.
Great job, Gulcin.nI stayed at this lovely hotel during my business trip. The only thing that made me think was the lack of a mini fridge, as I believe it is one of the essential amenities. Other than that, everything was great.nGulcin was amazing from check-in to check-out. She smiled every time I saw her and handled any issues very professionally. She truly represents the hotel and is the face of your hospitality.
Good hotel. Rooms are spacious and nice. Staff is great. However the thermostats in the rooms are stuck on warm. No one in our party of 6 4 rooms could get the temperature down. You can set it on the thermostat, it just doesn't do anything. Also the toilets need 5-10 minutes to recharge between flushes.
Great old school hotel, next to Paddington Train Station. Easy walk to Hyde Park and shopping. Plenty to see and do. Hotel is a little dated but has London Charm. Would stay again.
Rooms are a bit dated, need refurbishment. It's clean, good location, very expensive for what it is. One question: why only decaff coffee option in room? Loved the tea option! Also, was here for our work Christmas party, and I have to say, apart from the Christmas tree in the lobby and the one in the ball room where the party was, hardly any Christmas decorations! They have beautiful stares to the venues, could have done something more seasonal...didn't really feel like Christmas atmosphere. It was decent. Food wasn't great either. It was just ok. Looked good, but was lacking seasoning, vegetables almost raw, meat dry. Desert was nice, liked it. Most of my vegan colleagues didn't like the vegan main, didn't eat it. Service was great, I have to say! Enjoyed the casino themed activities.
