I did not stay at this hotel. I just visited it for a breakfast. The breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel is really great. Very clean facilities. Great choices for breakfast. Really liked the honeycomb. The only bad thing is that even though we were in the middle of a conversation and we had not asked for the bill, the lady brought us the bill. It was like asking us to leave....

I am absolutely appalled by the good rating this place is enjoying. I stayed at The Arch for 3 nights a couple of weeks ago. To start with, the check-in process was horrible. The lady at the desk insisted that I forward to her the booking made via an email address she provided. I had just arrived from another country, and good thing that my phone could send an email via roaming, else she wouldn't check me in, even though she saw my name in her system. Some 5 star experience. The rooms are small and dated. The TVs are small and really old. The coffee machine didn't work because the plugs were faulty. The bathrooms may have been trendy in 1990 perhaps, but are now very dated. This absolutely cannot be a 5 star. Maybe the location is good but there are so many other options available.

Really great hotel. Comfortable, spacious rooms. Fantastic service, very proactive. We only ate breakfast in the hotel, which was very good. Will happily return.

Very upmarket, attentive, and luxurious hotel. All the services you would expect from concierge, bar staff, doorman etc. Highly recommended and just a short walk from upmarket cocktail bars, restaurants, and shopping

Amazing staff, service, and location. Would come back if for nothing other than their Oscar Film Winner collection they have available to rent. Such a nice and easy experience. Worth every penny!
