The best services you can get in London. Location is great as well. But really.. Thier staff is the best. They are always there to help you. They also have great service and duty managers. We had an issue and they way they resolved was really great. Thank you Montcalm.. Keep it up.

This hotel suited our needs for a brief trip in London. It's position is handy, very near the tube, historic sites and not far from Oxford Street shops or Soho eateries. Bed was comfy, shower was fine, room was small but probably due to the furniture taking up space more than anything. Ultimately it did the job, staff were attentive and helpful and we enjoyed our brief stay. The free fruit and treat tray at reception was lovely too!

This is one of the gems right off the corner of Oxford street. The staff are very helpful, the rooms are good,the service is great. I have been served by a lady called Christina when I checked in, she was wonderful and very helpful. We asked them to make some changes to our room, they never hesitated and gave us what we wanted, the changes were to the setting of the room and furniture additions, other hotels would give you policy talks and take time to make the changes but not here, they will make your stay as comfortable as possible by serving you with your own specific needs. The hotel also gave us an upgrade as we stayed for 11 nights during holiday season in December. Will definitely come back! Highly recommended

I stay here frequently. Staff and service is outstanding, friendly and helpful. My only negative is room is slightly small and not enough space for clothing if staying more than 2 or 3 days. Location great and quite honestly one of the better hotels I have stayed at in London, I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The best in London so far 1 of my favorites. Great location, staff and fantastic rooms. Love it!!
