From start to finish, my stay at Hilton London Metropole was absolutely outstanding. The hotel itself is first-class, and the staff went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. During dinner and the buffet breakfast, I thoroughly enjoyed the exquisite meals, paired with delightful conversations with the amazing team.nnTheir genuine smiles and friendly greetings were consistent, even late at night when visiting the incredible bar.nnThe hotel’s location is perfect, providing easy access to major London attractions, shops, and amenities, making it simple to explore the city.nnMy room was perfect—spotlessly clean, with kind and attentive cleaners who clearly take pride in their work. It featured a premium bathroom with all the luxury touches, a toilet integrated in the same room, and a high-quality, large TV. The uber ordering screen was very useful for people without an uber account, the Tube, and local tips. The value of the stay was incredible, and the rooms were wonderfully quiet—no noise came in at all. I woke up feeling amazing, and my watch clearly agreed, ranking my sleep as exceptional.nnThe food and drinks throughout my stay were simply exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality. I look forward to returning and experiencing this wonderful hotel again.
A very large hotel with two towers and a lively atmosphere. The location is excellent, especially if you are looking for halal food options nearby. Check in and check out were straightforward.nThe room was spacious as we paid for a larger category, and the shower was nice, although the bathroom itself felt quite small. The rooms have been refurbished but still look a little old and dated. There was no in room dining menu which was surprising for a hotel of this size.nStaff presence seemed limited and I did not find the service particularly friendly. I was advised of a possible upgrade if available, but was later told that we had already booked the largest option which was unexpected.nOn the positive side, the meeting room booked for work was well organised with a good selection of food and snacks. The heating in the room kept cutting out, but overall it was set up well. Breakfast was complementary but the same items were served every day, which became repetitive over a five night stay.nA convenient location and some good facilities, though there are areas where the experience could be improved.
I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton London Metropole.nnDavid at reception was exceptional, welcoming, professional, and incredibly efficient. He made the check-in process smooth and set a positive tone from the start.nnGibreal Ibrahim at the lounge was equally impressive. He was super helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring, making sure everything was perfect during my visit.nnTheir outstanding service truly made my stay memorable. Highly recommended!
I recently stayed at this hotel and, while the room itself was comfortable and well-presented, the experience was unfortunately overshadowed by the very poor service at reception.nCheck‑in took far longer than it should have, and I was unexpectedly asked to leave a £50 deposit, even though I had already paid in full at the time of booking. I was told that my room would not be provided unless I paid this deposit, which felt unreasonable and unnecessarily heavy‑handed. I was assured that the deposit would be refunded at check‑out.nHowever, the goalposts were moved again when I checked out. I was then told the refund would take two days. Six days later, nothing had been returned. To make matters worse, my bank statement shows that I was actually charged two days after checking out. This is not only unacceptable but dishonest and feels like outright cheating. I was not provided with a receipt for the £50 deposit, despite asking.nIt’s a shame, because the room itself was genuinely pleasant. But the reception staff's behaviour and the mishandling of my money have left a very negative impression. Until the hotel addresses these issues, I cannot recommend staying here.
5 nights here and we had a great time. We had some confusion with booking the room for the correct date due to travel from the US and arrived a day after the first day of the reservation. The hotel staff was wonderful at helping resolve this issue and really went above the bar for us.nThe hotel is a block from the Edgeware Road tube station and even walkable to many sites.nRooms were comfortable, clean, and safe. Staff was willing to help create an enjoyable stay.nFitness center was large with free weights, pully machine, benches, and many other fitness items.nLounge and staff were on point and it was great to relax, have some bites, and enjoy the setting.nWe'll be back next time! Highly recommend
