Customer service is top notch! Both the doormen that we had Mr. Jason and Mr. Roy were amazingly helpful with recommending places to eat and to shop, they helped me with my pram and luggage and were amazing with my small child! Mr. Quan at the front desk was really great in helping me get checked in and settled with a pull away bed for my child, even the gentleman that brought up the bed was very kind! Each person I encountered was so friendly! As for the room we had an amazing view, the staff refilled our room daily with water and coffee, very clean and tidy. Breakfast was very nice and again the staff was so friendly. Best place I’ve stayed in London, and definitely will be returning on my next trip!!
This hotel is located close to Green Park, Buckingham Palace, Princess Diana Fountain, and lots of shopping.nnThis place is a 5 star hotel for a reason. Every aspect of this hotel is stellar. From the doorman, desk staff, restaurant staff, and everyone we have been in contact with, have been friendly, nice, and very outgoing to make sure you have what you need to make the most of your stay.nnIf you are in London and looking for a great stay, this is a solid choice.
Rooms were small even by European standards, and neither I nor my work colleagues had consistent hot water during our one week stay. Front desk staff was dismissive and unresponsive of our concerns about the water issue.nnLocation is great though.
Had the most amazing weekend here celebrating my husband's 25th birthday. The service was incredible, they really went out of their way to make us feel special. I could not recommend this more to anyone. The room was immaculate and we had a great city view overlooking the London eye, big Ben and the houses of parliament.
I recently stayed at the London Hilton on Park Lane for 10 days, and I must say, it was a flawless experience from start to finish. The hotel's luxurious accommodations, breathtaking views, and impeccable service truly exceeded my expectations. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, from the elegant rooms to the fine dining options. The location in Mayfair was also incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I can't recommend this hotel enough for anyone seeking a top-notch experience in London.
