We stayed at the London Hilton at Park Lane earlier this year for a short weekend getaway, and it was nothing short of exceptional! The service was top-notch from start to finish. Our room was spacious and offered a stunning view of Hyde Park, making our stay even more special.nnThe staff at Park Corner Brasserie went above and beyond, ensuring every meal was perfect. A quick stop for a drink at the Revery Bar was just what we needed, but our highlight was definitely enjoying the breathtaking view and drinks at 10° Sky Bar before it closed—an unforgettable experience!nnThe Executive Lounge was also fantastic, offering a relaxing space with excellent service and refreshments throughout the day, adding to the overall experience.nnOverall, the stay was fantastic, and the service was impeccable as always from a Hilton. Can’t wait to return!
This hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a very long time. The location is fantastic. Hyde Park close by so is Buckingham Palace. The rooms are also very modern clean and spacious. We did receive a nice upgrade. They gave us a view of the entire skylight, which was fantastic. My issue was the lack of early check-in and lack of late check out. Our flights arrived super early and we had to kill several hours before being able to check in at 3 o’clock. And on our departure, we had a late flight so we were hoping for a late check out. We were given an extra hour. This helped… but still wasn’t enough. Other than the check-in and check out issues the hotel is fabulous.
The location is spot on, and the property is nice and up-to-date. Rooms could use a bit of maintenance but the views from the backside of the building are iconic.nnThe executive lounge is a nice perk and has 3 different meal times. While the food is good it is not great. If breakfast and lounge access is included in your rate use the lobby restaurant for breakfast - choices are vast and it includes omelettes and eggs cooked to order. When busy there can be a wait starting around 9am.
Originally, we had booked a different hotel. I’m glad we stayed here. Very central to Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace and Piccadilly Circus. If you’re capable, you can walk almost everything in a mile and a half or less.nnThe staff is super friendly. If you have status with Hilton, the executive lounge has a wonderful breakfast and happy hour.
Lovely venue. Was visiting for an evening reception so got to experienced the communal spaces that all seemed well kept and pleasant. Rating for rooms is for the banquet / hallways / lobby spaces.nnNot a fan of the layout but the decor is lovely and inviting.nnToilets were very clean, but seemed to be lacking AC / circulation.
