The hotel is beautiful, everything look new and very well tended. The position is very convenient, just 5 minute walks from the subway and many stores; plus it’s right in the middle of a beautiful view of the skyline. The staff was very nice and helpful, and I want to mention in particular Irin , that helped us with the check in and check out processes, she was incredibly nice and made us felt welcome in every possible way. We had Breakfast included in our stay and was great. Highly recommended
The hotel was quite expensive for the overall experience. The room did not come with basic amenities like slippers, which was disappointing. Additionally, the window views were underwhelming, as the surroundings lacked greenery and felt more like an industrial area. This detracted from the overall appeal of staying in a location like Canary Wharf. Food & drinks: Average breakfast for extra money
Excellent room condition and service from this hotel. I like the digital key which is super convenient than using a physical card. The room size is bigger and newer than some of the hotels in zone1 / 2 at this price range. The location requires a 15 mins walk from Elizabeth line which is a bit far if you have luggage, but it is reasonable from Jubilee line. They should also provide more clear signage along from the train stations especially for people walking from Elizabeth line via shopping malls.
I recently stayed at the Hilton Canary Wharf whilst heading to a concert at the O2 Arena. It’s proximity to the DLR and Canary Wharf are great, so it’s easy to get around and makes it a great base if you’re exploring Greenwich or going to a concert. The bedroom was nice and big, featuring a nice big king sized bed which was very comfortable. It was clean and modern, and had all the conveniences that you would expect from a 4 star Hilton. We were given an upgrade which included entry to their Executive Lounge. We stopped by for an hour for a light bite to eat and a couple of drinks. It was nice to have it included with the room upgrade, but the offering was fairly simple and the atmosphere in the lounge with a bit of a miss - it needed some music. We enjoyed our breakfast the following morning, and there was a huge selection of hot and cold dishes on order. There was even an egg station where you could get Omelettes and fresh eggs cooked to your liking. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at Hilton Canary Wharf. The rooms was very nice, the service was efficient and friendly, the breakfast was top quality and it’s location is great too.
Excellent hotel, we had a one night stay. Bed was wonderful shower was fine. What more do you want from a hotel. Point to note there are ample breakfast options available around the hotel.Rooms: 5/5
Amazing experience...I must mention about the executive lounge facility they have for their executive level customers staying on floor 12, 13 and 14. I stayed on 13th and you can go to executive lounge all day with dinner like food from 6-8pm. Amazing breakfast as wellRooms: 5/5
There is definitely a reduction in the resources and complimentary gifts post COVID. In all though good enough experience, not much to complain about, you get what you pay for, hospitality satisfactory. Rooms: Clean and comfortable Nearby activities: Not so much, need to use public transport. Safety: Don't wonder off from the hotel at night, Walkability: No, need public transport Food & drinks: In hotel, satisfactory
If you are going to any events in this part of London then i highly recommend staying here. Nice sized comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Because our room was not ready when we came to check in and had to wait were given complementary drinks.
Excellent hotel in great canary wharf location. Close to the train station. The staff was very friendly! This hotel is excellent for kids and families. They have activities set up and even have. Skids station at the breakfast buffet. The rooms were clean and comfortable. As a Diamond Member, the executive lounge was nice feature. Great selection of drinks and appetizers. We will be back!
As I write this review I am sat outside the hotel at 2 in the morning literally sobbing at how awfully I was treated by the receptionist at the hotel. I lived nearby and was forced to look for a hotel for the night last minute after a terrible breakup. I walked over with a suitcase and asked if there was any rooms available. The hotel was fully booked, understandably. I thanked him politely and left the hotel but sat outside on the porch to make more phone calls, desperately looking for a place anywhere. After many failed attempts I went inside Hilton Canary Wharf again, remaining polite and calm albeit crying and asking if he could kindly check if any other Hilton hotels had rooms available at all. He made a few taps on his screen and said no, all hotels were fully booked. I then asked if I could sit at the reception lounge to make some phone calls to nearby hotels to ask for a room as it was midnight and I was emotionally wrecked and feeling unsafe. The guy at reception says no, claiming this was because, it was after midnight. As if me, a small, sober, well-dressed Asian female looking visibly upset was potentially a threat to him or the hotel. I was exhausted at this point and didn’t try to argue fine, allowing me to sit indoor would’ve been a kind gesture but it was not their responsibility, I walked out again and sat back on the porch. Continued calling hotel reservations lines. The guy came to the door and looked at me a few times, and then went on to lock the hotel revolving door, going the extra mile by putting a gate outside the door, and placing the hotel luggage trolly inside the side doors to make sure I couldn’t come in again???? I watched him do this and almost wanted to laugh. Throughout our two conversations I was nothing but polite and honestly man, how inhumane could you be to treat someone like this. I felt disrespected and discriminated against. The entire experience was heartbreaking and I would not wish this upon anyone. I too have worked in the hospitality industry and honestly have never seen anyone treating people like this. I have no words and I hope the hotel can train their staff to be better humans, that’s all.
