Current controls are well managed and maintained. Staff great as ever, comfortable feel to the setup and place, room service running at the moment and well handled by using disposables etc. Would stay again and recommend if you need to be in the area

Fantastic staff, so helpful and friendly. Refreshing to have such a warm welcome when you enter a hotel. Stayed here for 4 nights recently and pleasantly surprised, rooms very clean and modern.This is clearly a very well managed hotel and an oasis in Whitechapel.

Really enjoy visiting this Hotel. Staff are great. Difficult times now with COVID but the team were more than helpful.
