Only went for swimming with my daughter and grandchild.Which is great. Decided after to visit the grill. Food okay but when I asked for fresh juice...sorry no stock. Asked for flavoured water...sorry no stock. All I could have was Cordial !!! What waste of time. So if you have children ....stock up with your own drinks!
Great Hotel, come here yearly and this year the on going refurbishment are really looking smart, we got a refurbished room and it looks amazing. Looking forward to next year when it's finished.Rooms: 5/5
Went to new helter-skelter restaurant with children. Not worth the price and menu not what was advertised.the staff were friendly although it took a while for drinks to arrive and it was definitely not busy. Toilets were ok although broken lights and missing ceiling panels. Unfortunately Tbh I won't be going back in a hurry.Service: 4/5
2 day golfing break was the plan. Due to heavy overnight rain, the course was closed on our 1st day! We spent the day out and about rather than lounging around the complex. Service was a bit erratic. Loads of new staff who were not too clued up meant regular delays in order placing and delivery. That said, all were polite, attentive and accommodating. Rooms comfy while scarcely luxurious. No BBC 1 reception!! Course on day 2 was a treat. While young, it was in very decent shape. I've never seen a course so endowed with water features. These were a great treat for the many Canada geese which were to be found around larger ponds. Even these very politely moved when chased. Who wants to hit such a beautiful bird simply looking for food and rest?! We were given vouchers to play again as a token for our lost game. We will return!
Only take my lad swimming lessons here,so can't comment on rooms or awt but the staff by the pool area are all friendly.

Here on a golfing weekend. Breakfast was buffet style and decent, evening meal was disappointing, on Saturday the bar was majorly understaffed, the hotel was extremely hot with no air-conditioning in the bedrooms. The golf course should not have been open, it was ridiculously wet.Rooms: 4/5
Started our 3 day tour here of the area, and was very pleased with the course. Excellent value. Course management is key, you have to think your way around , not easy by any means, but loved the challenge.Service: 5/5
Went to helter-skelter skelter bar and grill,food dry,meat was lively but that all, not enough staff,expensive at 20 per adult 10 fir a child, cost 70 pounds for Sunday dinner,want be going again,very disappointed
Went for one night, two rounds of golf, absolute bargain. Course was a bit dry but very nice. Rooms getting a bit tired, but rest of hotel is very well kept. We paid£105 each, had 20% off the bar prices and food was very good indeed. Would definitely recommend!!Rooms: 4/5
